This is the first of a series of podcasts, recorded live during our Mentoring Event: In-house Mentoring Panels & Best Practice Case Studies, hosted in the Stephens Green Hibernian Club in Dublin, on the 1st of May 2019.

Harvest invited four clients to share their successful experiences when partnering with us to set up mentoring panels in their organisations.

The first speaker is Julie McNamara, Head of Talent Development and HR in JTI (Japan Tobacco International) Ireland. JTI set up their first mentoring panel in 2018 and are now in Cycle Two. Their panel has the strength of an engaged Executive Team, who are the mentors for their programme.
