The Harvest team continues to collaborate with our clients, designing and delivering bespoke Organisational Development (OD) initiatives and development programmes for both teams and individuals. Talent Leadership Development Academy Circular economy – global waste & recycling company 

Partnered with a global company to design and deliver a Talent Leadership Assessment and Development Academy for 45+ leaders with potential, in 3 groups over the last 3 years. This highly engaging fast paced leadership development programme included 3 2-day Leadership modules in person in different locations, plus Insights Discovery and Emotional Intelligence 360 profiling, team projects, webinars, virtual team challenges, presentations to the Global Executive Team as well as keeping a learning journal with action plans, culminating in a customised Talent Development report for each individual in the Academy.  

 

Management Development Programme – Irish tourism organisation 

Starting with a detailed diagnostic process including focus groups and interviews, Harvest then designed and delivered a tailored Management Development pilot programme for new managers with a client in the tourism sector. Following the success of the pilot we rolled the programme out and have just completed six successful Management Development programmes in the last 6 months. This was a modular programme, with 3 very practical in-person days over a 4-month period. We created learning and development opportunities through experiential activities, self-assessments, team exercises with Action Learning sets in between each module to embed the learning and build an internal network of managers across different departments in the organisation.
