Responsibilities:
Organisational and Learning Solution Strategy
-
Contributing to the development of short- and long-term organisational strategies (and learning solutions) with your peer group of Leaders
-
Engage in the monthly leaders’ meetings
-
Engage in the organisation (and Learning Solutions) strategy review, strategic development, and lead some of the implementations
-
Proactively initiate strategic change
-
Lead the learning technology advancements in our client project design and delivery offer
-
Initiate and deliver operational activities that impact the delivery team, such as GDPR updates
Client Project Management
-
Lead the collaboration with the BDMs to ensure effective project handover to the LS team and leading the LS team to design and deliver on all aspects of the client project to the highest standard
-
Ensure that you gain a detailed brief (context and content approach) for each client project; to bridge the quality of the implementation with the LS team
-
Review and amend (if necessary) all client engagement processes

Resource planning (Including recruiting and onboarding) for existing and future needs managed and reported through capacity reports
People Leadership

Leading and developing the LS team to ensure that all client programmes are delivered to an excellent standard, including the:

Development of leading-edge and innovative content
-
Development of person-specific development of each LS through coaching, mentoring, training, and review activities
-
Leading and developing the panel of Associates and all related relevant activities e.g., gap analysis, updating contracts, identifying support requirements, establish appropriate communication processes.

Competencies Required:
Track Record:
-
Masters (Level 9) OD, L&D, HR
-
Membership of a recognised relevant professional association
-
Industry profile and network – active and relevant
-
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in management or leadership position in HR/OD/L&D function
-
Deep (at least 5 years) domain experience in a relevant topic
-
Track record of successful bespoke project delivery (end to end) including instructional design and digital learning experience
-
Independent, proactive self-starter on project delivery
-
Demonstration of commitment to life-long learning and how they have applied it to their personal and organisational brand
