The team here in Harvest embarked on an exciting adventure back in August of this year, when we were given the opportunity to devise the company strategy for next year. The team really enjoyed working together to assess all aspects of the company & produced some significant ideas for the Senior Leadership Team to consider.

We presented our strategy as part of a 2-day offsite team building exercise in November in the Grand Hotel, Malahide. All team members really enjoyed the experience, both from a personal & professional standpoint and would highly recommend the concept for other clients.
