The Harvest team is delighted to announce the three shortlisted finalists for the Pearse Walsh Award 2019.
The Pearse Walsh Award commemorates Harvest founder Pearse Walsh, who started the organisation over 30 years ago. His vision and passion for learning and the development of people and organisations still informs the Harvest strategy today.
Each of the finalists demonstrated great innovation in the transfer of learning to employees in their applications.
The three shortlisted finalists are:

For their SuperValu Food Leadership and Service Excellence Development Programme

Congratulations to the shortlisted organisations! We look forward to celebrating your achievements and announcing the overall winner at the IITD National Training Awards 2019, in the Kilashee House Hotel, Naas on Friday, 29th March 2019.
We would also like to thank everyone that took the time to compile their submissions. The quality of which reflects the professionalism and dedication of the Learning and Development professionals working in Ireland today.
The Pearse Walsh Award 2019 shortlist was selected by a judging panel of Frank Rock, Director at Harvest, Sheila Curtin, Head of Centre for Learning and Development at PwC, and Jenni Hedderman, Founder and Managing Director of Illuminate Creative Consultancy.
Harvest extend our gratitude to the judges for bringing a wealth of experience to the evaluation process, we are very grateful for their time and expertise.
